About Me
Dr. Ekta Sharma, a UGC fellow since 2003, is a distinguished academician actively involved in post-graduate teaching and research endeavors. With her doctorate earned from the University of Rajasthan in 2005, she received accolades for her remarkable thesis titled "Corporatization of Hospitals: Entrepreneurial Behaviour, Service Dimensions - A Case Study Approach."
As a highly esteemed researcher, Dr. Sharma has delivered presentations on her work at renowned national and international conferences. Her contributions extend to over thirty publications in esteemed peer-reviewed, indexed journals both in India and abroad. Additionally, she has authored a forthcoming book titled "Human Resource Management - A Strategic Approach," scheduled to be published by Pearson Education.
Dr. Ekta Sharma's expertise and dedication have led her to serve as a valued reviewer for esteemed journals and as a member of the Thesis Advisory Committee for various universities. She also serves as an external PhD guide at AMET University in Chennai.
In recognition of her scholarly accomplishments, Dr. Sharma was honored with the prestigious Rajiv Gandhi Research Award in 2015. Her scholarly pursuits primarily focus on the realms of Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour, where she continues to contribute significantly to the field.
